Onboarding: All Pre-Program work MUST be completed before your scheduled Process Mapping Session (4-10 hours)

Week 1: (5.5 Hours of work)

The Prep Module is designed to set the groundwork for a successful and organized Dubsado Setup Course journey. In this module, we will cover essential steps to get ready for the course material and ensure a smooth learning experience.

Building Foundations

In Week 1 of the Dubsado Setup Course, we will focus on building the essential foundations to streamline your business operations and improve client management. This module lays the groundwork for effective project organization and communication within Dubsado.

Create the Voice of Your Brand

In week 2 of the Dubsado Setup Course, we'll focus on creating the canned emails and a couple of the forms that'll allow you to start to put your Dubsado set-up into use even at this early stage.

In fact, I've built a bonus lesson that'll let you start to experience the power of a small workflow in your business right now. (If that stresses you out, no worries, we'll build all of your workflows later on.)

Finishing Forms & Building Schedulers

In Week 3 of the Dubsado Setup Course, we'll set up your schedulers and finish building the rest of your forms. Next week will be all about automation, testing, and bringing your system online with real clients! Are you getting excited yet?

Building Workflows & Testing Everything

In Week 4 of the Dubsado Setup Course, we'll focus on building workflows, testing your system and getting ready to take your setup live with real clients!
